The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International has arranged the $7.2-million sale of an industrial building at 241 Williard Street in Leominster, MA.

David Stubblebine and James Stubblebine of The Stubblebine Company represented the buyer, 241 Willard LLC, which plans to use the property for its growing moving and storage business.

241 Willard Street is situated on 3.62 acres of industrial land and improved with a 67,200-square-foot modern warehouse building, and the property has close proximity to I-190.
