Industrial Development Planned Following 10-Acre Perris Land Sale

NKF completed the sale of a 9.87-acre industrial-zoned land parcel located on Harley Knox Blvd. in Perris, CA for an undisclosed amount. The buyer was Manhattan Beach, CA-based Circle Industrial LLC, and the seller was O3M, LLC.
The buyer plans to develop a roughly 210,000-square-foot industrial building at the site at the southwest corner of Harley Knox Blvd and Redlands Ave. NKF’s Dean Washle, Mark Kegans and Ron Washle represented both buyer and seller in the transaction.
Last year, Circle Industrial completed an adjacent two-building project totaling 594,400-square-feet of space (pictured). That included a bulk-distribution warehouse that’s fully occupied by an online retailer (TechStyle) under a long-term lease, and an adjacent 120,000-square-foot building fully leased to Penske.
