Industrial Development Approved in Upland’s College Park

Upland’s Planning Commission and Cable Airport Land Use Committee unanimously approved Central Commerce Center, a four-building, 71,384-square-foot industrial project in Upland, CA. Moore Real Estate Group, an Upland-based developer, is behind the project.

Moore Real Estate Group’s Jennifer Moore says, “As members of the Upland business community, we are excited about the transformation taking place in College Park, and are proud to be taking part by bringing a high-image, small building industrial project that will attract new employment and market leading businesses to the area.”

The buildings will range in size from 13,970 to 25,594 square feet, and are scheduled for completion in mid-2019.

The development at Central Avenue and 11th Street is the latest to be approved in the former unincorporated area annexed by Upland over a decade ago. Nearby is KB Homes’ Harvest at College Park, with 318 homes under construction, as well as the area’s first Whole Foods 365.

The Connect Industrial conference will take place July 11. For more information, or to register, log on here.
