Industrial Color Brands Expands at Fully-Occupied 32 Avenue of the Americas
The office space at 32 Avenue of the Americas is 100% full, now that Industrial Color Brands has added another 18,000 square feet to space at the building. That brings the company’s total space at the 1.2-million-square foot tower to 56,000 square feet.
“This expansion further demonstrates the continued vitality of Lower Manhattan as a magnet for leading creative, media and technology firms,” said Michael Rudin of Rudin Management Company, the operating arm of Rudin Family holdings, which bought the 27-story property in 1999.
Other tenants include: Dentsu, iHeart Radio, Digital Realty, Verizon, CenturyLink, T-Mobile, Coresite, XO Communications, Bartle Bogle Hegarty, NYU and Globo.
Robert Steinman of Rudin Management Company represented the ownership in the commercial real estate transaction. Paul Ippolito of Newmark Knight Frank represented the tenant.
