Indoor Golf Club Expanding to Tacoma Area

Evergreen Golf Club, a Redmond-based organization founded by former Seahawks receiver Jermaine Kearse and LIV Tour caddie Greg Bodine, is set to open its second location in a former roller skating rink in the Tacoma suburb of Fircrest.

The 24,000-square-foot space at 2101 Mildred St. W. is expected to open in late September and will be a larger version of the Redmond facility that opened in December 2022, reported the Puget Sound Business Journal.

The construction cost will total approximately $1 million, and the facility will employ at least 10 people. Evergreen Tacoma will be the largest indoor golf facility in the nation, equipped with 13 bays, a 7,000-square-foot short game complex, a private event rental room and a workspace.
