Indoor Arcade Joins Tenant Roster at Port Authority’s Midtown Bus Terminal

JRT Realty Group, Inc., in conjunction with its subconsultant, MCCGUSA, Ltd., announced that another new tenant, Arkade NYC, has signed a lease at the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey’s Midtown Bus Terminal (MBT). Under a new lease through 2028, customers will now have access to an indoor arcade in a 2,030 square-foot space unit on the ground floor of the MBT’s South Wing.

“By bringing this proven amusement operator to the MBT, the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey continues to keep pace with customer interest and consumer demand right in the heart of Times Square,” said Jodi Pulice, founder & CEO of JRT Realty. Arkade NYC joins retailers at the terminal such as Starbucks, Dunkin, Zaro’s, Brooklyn Deli, Villa Pizza, Carlo’s Bakery, Land of Beer and the just opened Gong Cha.

The Port Authority was represented by Pulice and Greg Smith of JRT and Jason Martin and Joy Martin of MCCGUSA, while Arkade NYC represented itself.
