IndiCap, Invesco Venture to Build Phoenix Business Park
IndiCap is continuing its pursuit of Phoenix-area developments. This time they are joining up with Invesco to build the Virgin Industrial Park, a two-phase, 110 acre development that will total more than 1.5 million square feet at buildout. The construction of the five new buildings will increase the IndiCap’s Phoenix area pipeline to more than 14.4 million square feet on over 880 acres. IndiCap is currently developing the 1.6 million square foot Eastmark Center of Industry on the Loop 202 in Mesa and a 4.1 million square foot project called The Ranch, in Gilbert.
The Virgin Industrial Park will be situated in the Phoenix suburb of Glendale, just off the Loop 303 industrial corridor. Phase I will include three buildings totaling just over 1 million square feet and Phase II will include two buildings with over 500,000 square feet under roof.
JLL’s Marc Hertzberg is leading the leasing effort, “Projects like the Virgin Industrial Park will help the West Valley’s exceptional manufacturing workforce to find quality employment closer to home, in what is becoming a world-class industrial hub.”
