Real estate company Janapriya Upscale USA is working with the city of Fulshear to break ground on a 125,000-square-foot mixed-use development project called Fulshear Central this summer. Fulshear Central will feature office condos, retail, a large green space for events and walking trails. A 100-room hotel is being planned as well.

Located north of FM 1093, near the future West Park Tollway, the space is meant to bring amenities within walking and short driving distance to Fulshear residents. Fulshear is about 45 minutes west of Houston on the Westpark Tollway. The towns website says it has 35,000 residents.

Construction will begin in the third quarter of 2024. The company is planning to open to the public in 2025, with all facilities to open by 2027.

Janapriya Upscale is a privately-owned real estate firm with its roots in India.  It started its US business in Houston with a commercial project, Katy Parkway Market.
