Independent Studio Leases Recently-Renovated Heitman Asset in Valencia

Santa Clarita Studios leased a 109,379 square-foot industrial building in Valencia, CA. Located at 28210 Avenue Stanford, the Heitman LLC -owned property is a recently-renovated, high-image industrial building located in the heart of the Valencia Industrial Center.

The independent studio operator has provided its space and services to such movie productions as “A Wrinkle in Time,” and television shows such as S.W.A.T., CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, “Good Trouble,” “Mayans MC,” “Future Man,” “Justified,” “L.A. Finest” and “Deadwood.”

CBRE’s Craig Peters and Sam Glendon represented the tenant, while Peters also represented the landlord.

Originally occupied by a printing company when built in 1986, the property was renovated and updated subsequent to the company’s relocation last year. It is near the 5 freeway and located within the 30-Mile Zone. The facility features 24-foot minimum clear heights, 245 parking spaces with a large rear yard area and 3,000 Amps of power, all ideal features for sound stages.
