Indeed Finds Taker for Domain Office Lease
Dun & Bradstreet has taken over space in The Domain that had been previously been leased to Indeed. The Austin Business Journal reports Indeed spent the past year shedding much of its Austin real estate. The company has said it has reduced office space due to so many workers taking hybrid schedules.
Dun & Bradstreet will sublease a full floor, 35,000 square feet, in the Domain Gateway office building at 2900 Esperanza Crossing. Indeed leased the entire 183,000-square-foot building starting in 2019 but placed the property on the sublease market last summer, and it is still looking for subtenants to fill the rest of it.
In addition to its downtown co-headquarters, Indeed has leased all of what’s known as Domain Tower, at 10721 Domain Drive. That office is nearby the building in The Domain that Indeed is attempting to sublease.
Aside from Indeed, other major companies seeking to shed office space in Austin by subleasing it include Peak6, Home Depot, 3M, Meta Platforms, Atmosphere and WorkRise.
