Indeed Expands to Second Office on Sixth Avenue

Indeed Inc. signed a nine-year lease for 44,277 square feet covering the ninth and 10th floors at the Durst Organization’s 1155 Ave. of the Americas. The job listing site will also maintain its current offices across the street at 1120 Ave. of the Americas.

“We are thrilled Indeed is joining our community of innovators and entrepreneurs at 1155,” said Durst Organization Jonathan Durst. “1155’s boutique floor plates, floor-to-ceiling windows at its chamfered corners, and its proximity to Bryant Park makes it the ideal location for companies to grow, prosper and thrive.”

Indeed was represented by a CBRE team of Christopher Mansfield, Jeffrey Fischer, Sacha Zarba, John Nugent and Willis Trotsky. The Durst Organization was advised in-house by EVP Tom Bow, senior managing director Rocco Romeo and senior leasing associate Tanya Grimaldo.
