Indecor Home Signs Full-Floor Lease in Garment District

GFP Real Estate has signed Indecor Home, a New York-based designer and manufacturer of home décor products specializing in bath accessories, shower curtains, rugs and textiles for major national retailers, to a 10-year lease for the entire 16,806-square-foot fifth floor at 247 W. 37th St. in Manhattan’s Garment District. Indecor Home will use the space for its executive, sales and design offices and a home products showroom. The company is currently located at 240 Madison Ave.

“Indecor needed room to bring its teams and showroom together, and the full floor at 247 W. 37th St. gives it the flexibility to do that,” said Matthew Mandell, senior managing director of GFP Real Estate. “The building continues to attract businesses that value a central Manhattan location and space they can shape around the way they work.”

Mandell represented the landlord. David Menaged of Intrepid Real Estate Group represented Indecor Home.
