Increased Leasing Activities at Tower 45 in Midtown Manhattan
JLL has leased over 35,900 square feet of office space at Tower 45 in New York City on behalf of owner Kamber Management Company.
The 10-year deals include South Korean bank Nonghyup Bank, hedge fund Rivulet Capital, construction firm AECOM Capital, hotel real estate lender Ramsfield Hospitality, and Swiss-based marine fuel supplier Minerva Bunkering.
Meanwhile, Wella Corp has signed a 10-year renewal for its 10,093 square feet space on the third floor of Tower 45, and NH Investment has expanded to 6,310 square feet on the 24th floor. The flurry of leasing coincides with the opening of a new amenity center at Tower 45, which features conferencing facilities, a tenant lounge, a café, and a game room.
