InCommercial Property Group Hires Portfolio Manager

Natalie Mondane has joined Chicago-based InCommercial Property Group as a portfolio manager. Prior to joining InCommercial, Mondane managed a disposition portfolio comprised of hundreds of locations nationwide for Walgreen Co., structuring portfolio-wide transactions, and generating millions in savings for the firm.  

Prior to her time with Walgreens Corporate, Mondane worked in the brokerage division for both JLL and CBRE and was involved in more than 200 transactions. Her nine-plus years of experience includes advising occupiers on their real estate strategy, financial analysis, transaction management, and strategic planning.  

The real estate investment brokerage firm, which reportedly is the largest private owner of Dollar General-leased properties, also recently hired Akeem Hutchinson as property manager and Karla Lombardi as controller.
