Goldfish Swim School is the newest renter at at The Fresh Market Shoppes at  the Livingston Circle in Livingston, NJ. The tenant is leasing 8,100 square feet at the 93,000-square-foot shopping center, located at 277 Eisenhower Pkwy.

The state-of-the-art swimming facility will have a 78-foot pool, and a windowed viewing gallery where parents can relax, work and watch their children swim.

“This lease signing illustrates the growing trend of non-traditional tenants seeking space at successful retail properties,” said Peter Schofel, managing partner for Eastman Cos. Eastman, which is based in Livingston, is manager and developer of the grocery-anchored retail center.
