IN Shopping Center Trades with Added Development Opportunity
Marcus & Millichap recently arranged the sale of Goshen Village Shoppes, a 37,135-square-foot retail property in Elkhart, IN. The asset sold for $5 million; buyer and seller were not disclosed.
Jordan Goodman with Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Downtown office, along with Jeff R. Rowlett and Matt Fitzgerald of the Milwaukee office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller and procured the buyer. Josh Caruana, regional manager of Marcus & Millichap’s Indianapolis office, assisted on the transaction as Marcus & Millichap’s broker of record for Indiana.
Built between 2004 and 2006, Goshen Village Shoppes is composed of three multi-tenant buildings and a single-tenant Starbucks. At the time of the sale the property was 75.25 % occupied.
Notable tenants include Little Caesars, AT&T, Panera Bread, Mattress Warehouse, and Great Clips. Additional land for potentially adding another building was included in the sale.
