Imperial Capital Relocates to 10100 Santa Monica
Los Angeles-based Imperial Capital, LLC signed a long-term 24,203-square-foot lease at Heitman’s 10100 Santa Monica Blvd. in Century City, CA. The deal is reportedly valued at $1.5 million.
The full-service investment banking firm is relocating from 2000 Avenue of the Stars to occupy the entire 24th floor of the 26-story, 605,000-square-foot Class A building.
Savills Studley’s John Bertram and Craig Newlands advised the tenant, while Hines’ Todd Later represented 10100 Santa Monica Inc., the ownership in the transaction.
Newlands says, “This represented a rare opportunity to secure an entire floor in the building, one of the preeminent locations in Los Angeles.”
