Imperial Beach Multifamily Makes for Prime Investment

A 24,144-square-foot multifamily property located at 870 13th St. in Imperial Beach recently sold for $9.5 million. The 33-unit property is located just three blocks from the San Diego Bay and within walking distance to dining, retail and nightlife amenities.

Peter Scepanovic and Corey McHenry of Colliers San Diego’s multifamily advisory group represented the undisclosed buyer and seller.
