Impact Developers Launches Construction on MESA Condominiums

Impact Developers began work on MESA, a 45-unit, three-story residential condominium project in South Austin. Once completed, the development at 4004 Banister Lane will offer condos for sale to the “missing middle” buyer segment. To date, 25 units have already been sold, at prices between $200,000-$400,000 per unit. Mark Odom Studio is the architect of record for the project.

Exterior amenities include a pool area, strolling paths with native grasses, fire pit lounges, yard sculptures, a dog park and play pyramid. “The design plan for MESA revolves around community and outdoor living created by interior and exterior moments of interest with areas of social interaction,” said Mark Odom Studio’s Alfredo Tiznado.
