Immersive tech venue coming to The Colony

Immersive Tech Venue, Cosm, to Open at Grandscape in The Colony

Cosm, a global leader in experiential media and immersive technology, plans to build a public entertainment venue at Grandscape in The Colony, Texas. The venue will bring entertainment through its state-of-the-art technology, bridging the gap between virtual and physical realities. Guests will be able to directly experience immersive content across a variety of programming categories, including live sports and entertainment, experiential events, immersive art, music, and more. It’s expected to consist of 65,000 and 75,000 square feet, have a capacity of about 1,500 guests, and feature a 87-foot diameter LED screen.

When completed, Grandscape will be one of the largest mixed-use real estate developments in the country. Stretching across more than 400 acres, it features retail, entertainment, residential, dining, and attractions. Cosm will be in the heart of Grandscape’s entertainment area by the outdoor stage and lawn.

“We are excited to have Cosm join the Grandscape family, this innovative venue will thrill visitors in a true one-of-a-kind immersive experience,” said Jeff Lind, President of Grandscape.
