Iloria Acquires 31K-SF Office/Flex Property in Durham as Owner-Occupier

Raleigh, NC-based Iloria, LLC, has purchased the 31,200-square-foot office/flex building located at 4319 S Alston Avenue in Durham, NC as an owner-occupier.

Larry Lakins and Andrew Young of professional services and investment management company Colliers represented the seller in this transaction, which represents the third time this team has sold this property in 10 years. Iloria LLC was represented by Tucker Shade and Cole Gonet with Savills.

4319 S Alston Avenue is positioned minutes from Interstate 40 and Raleigh-Durham’s Research Triangle Park.
