Illinois Health & Human Services Building Sells in Springfield

Marcus & Millichap has closed the sale of an Illinois Health & Human Services’ 14,350-square-foot office property located in Springfield, Illinois. The asset sold for $1.1 million.

Tammy A. Saia, first vice president and Tami Andrew, associate, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor.

Illinois Health & Human Services is located at 1001 N. Walnut Street. The property is a single-tenant building that is completely occupied by the state of Illinois. The buyers were a group from Texas.
