Il Bisonte Opts for Bleecker Street as First U.S. Location

ABS Partners Real Estate and Isaacs and Company have arranged a lease for Italian leather goods brand Il Bisonte at 381 Bleecker St. in the West Village. The 2,600-square-foot space will be the brand’s first U.S. location.

Dean Valentino (pictured) of ABS represented the ownership, Roundstone Properties, while Greg Flood and Joel Issacs from Isaacs and Company acted on behalf of Il Bisonte.

“Bleecker Street has experienced a major turnaround around over the last six to eight months, and has once again become an active retail hub,” said Valentino. “The tenant activity has consisted primarily of unique pop-up concepts, but this is the first long-term lease to be signed on Bleecker Street’s fashion corridor.”

Flood noted that with Bleecker Street “an exciting period of growth and positive change right now,” Il Bisonte took the space as “a vote of confidence in the improving Bleecker Street market.”
