Igloo Completes Lease-Up of Retail at Jasper Mixed-Use in LIC

Igloo has completed lease-up of the retail space at Jasper, a mixed-use project in Long Island City developed by The Domain Companies, LMXD, The Vorea Group and Bridge Investment Group. By finalizing a lease with Stretchlab, a stretching services provider, Igloo has executed 10 retail leases at Jasper, comprising 35,000 square feet of the building’s ground floor.

The retail leases include a wide range of businesses ranging from grocery to restaurants and health & wellness concepts. They have been completed in rapid succession since the start of 2024.

Stretchlab will join Peanut and Honey, KidStrong, Frankie’s Brooklyn Pizza, Tiger J Taekwondo, Matsuzuki Sakura, Dumbo Market, Bright Start, Club Pilates and Glowbar at Jasper. The 1,300-square-foot Stretchlab location at Jasper will be operated by Lou and Ash Majid, who currently operate StretchLabs in Bayside in Queens and Wall Street in Manhattan. Stretchlab was represented by Peter Yoon of Ripco.
