IGI Releases Details on Upper East Side Condo Project

Commercial and residential real estate developer IGI has released initial details of The Harper, a 21-story residential condominium building on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Located at 310 E. 86th Street, and designed by architectural firm ODA, The Harper is already well under construction.

The property aims to strike a balance between the neighborhood’s traditions and forward-looking contemporary living, with 63 limestone-clad homes which range from two-bedrooms to four-bedroom residences.

CORE, the exclusive sales and marketing agency for The Harper, will launch sales in early 2023 with prices starting from $2,100,000 for two-bedroom units.
