IEC Tabs David Shin as Director of Asset Management and ESG

Interstate Equities Corporation (IEC) has promoted David Shin to Director of Asset Management and Director of ESG. In his new role, Shin will be responsible for the oversight of repositioning and business plan execution for properties across IEC’s entire multifamily portfolio, and will continue co-leading the firm’s Orange County office.

As the Director of ESG, Shin will further the firm’s ongoing efforts to improve communities, address inequalities and create meaningful change while maximizing investor returns.

“David has been an integral part of the IEC team for seven years now. He started at the firm as an Asset Manager and has since take on greater responsibilities during his tenure, playing a key role in asset performance throughout our portfolio,” said IEC’s Co-President Julia Boyd Corso.
