IDI Signs Full-Building Tenant to 805K SF in Perris

Colliers completed an 804,803-square-foot industrial lease deal at Building 2 within the Rider Logistics Center at 450 E. Rider St. in Perris. The developer and landlord, IDI Logistics, has leased the center’s Building 2, the largest in the complex, to an undisclosed tenant.

Colliers vice chairs Mark Zorn and Cory Whitman, CBRE vice chairman Dan de la Paz and CBRE SVP Jeff Fritch co-listed the property and brokered the lease on behalf of IDI Logistics. The CBRE team represented the undisclosed tenant.

“This deal is yet another testament to the persisting demand in the Inland Empire, with industrial leasing activity surpassing 14 million square feet in the first quarter of 2025 for the third time in history,” said Zorn. “We’re pleased with the successful outcome for all involved in executing this deal, and we’re optimistic for the momentum to continue through 2025.”
