Adolfson & Peterson to build 465,660 square foot spec industrial real estate project in Round Rock

IDI Logistics Taps Adolfson & Peterson for Round Rock Industrial Project

Adolfson & Peterson Construction (AP) was awarded the contract to build a combined 465,660 square feet of industrial space in Round Rock’s Sunrise Commerce Center. AP will develop the 36-acre industrial tract and provide finishes for the tenants. The project will consist of five speculative buildings.

Other partners on the project include 5G Studio Collaborative (architect) and Pacheco Koch Civil Engineering. Sam Owen and Will Nichols with Stream Realty will handle the leasing on the project.

Construction is slated to start in September of 2022. “Winning this contract gives Adolfson and Peterson the perfect opportunity to capitalize on the growing Austin-area industrial real estate market. The AP team is eager to start Phase I,” said AP’s Zack Rogers. Phase I will include three buildings, Phase II, two buildings which are available for build-to-suit projects.
