IDI Logistics Expands West Coast Team

Atlanta-based IDI Logistics added two new hires to their West Region team. Brandon Dickens steps into the role of VP of Capital Development, while Aaron Scherer is now Director of Construction. Both Dickens and Scherer are based in IDI’s Los Angeles office.

IDI Logistics’ Charlie McPhee (pictured) says, “Brandon and Aaron bring decades of experience and share our commitment to excellence. They will help us continue building our world-class platform in Southern California, and pursue expansions into the Northern California and Seattle markets.”

With 20 years of industry experience at companies including Catellus, First Industrial and Simply Self Storage, Dickens will play a key role in IDI’s expansion into new markets while also increasing the company’s capacity to source deals and deploy capital.

Scherer brings 15 years of experience at Premier Design, Snyder Langston and Sierra Construction. His responsibilities include management of all entitlement, construction and related aspects of the development process for land, building, acquisitions and tenant improvements.

About Dennis Kaiser

Dennis Kaiser is Vice President of Public Relations and Communications for Connect Creative. Dennis is a communications leader with more than 40 years of experience including as a journalist and in corporate and agency marketing communications roles. Dennis has also worked on communications and launch strategies for a number of consumer electronic, media and tech brands including SlingMedia, Channel Master, Deluxe Media Entertainment, BeIn Sports, EchoStar and Sprint. Dennis’s agency background included firms such as Off Madison Ave., Idea Hall and Macy + Associates. He has earned an outstanding reputation with organization leaders as a trusted advisor, strategic program implementer, consensus builder and exceptional collaborator. Dennis has developed and managed national communications programs for Fortune 500 companies to start-ups, both public and private. He’s successfully worked with journalists across the globe representing clients involved in major-breaking news stories, product launches, media tours, and company news announcements.
