IDI Logistics Adds 625,000 Square Feet to Texas Warehouse Portfolio

IDI Logistics has built more than 200 million square feet of industrial space and again, IDI Logistics is going large with a new business park in the works in Northeast Dallas. The Miller 635 business park will consist of two warehouses that will make up 625,000 square feet of warehouse and distribution space.

Construction on the two buildings is set to start in early 2023 with a completion scheduled in February 2024. The development will cost more than $42 million. Ware Malcomb is the architect.

IDI Logistics has recently built warehouses in Garland and South Fort Worth and has another project on Prairie Creek Road in far East Dallas. Investors Ivanhoé Cambridge and Oxford Properties have partnered with IDI since 2019. D-FW is the country’s fastest growing industrial building market with more than 70 million square feet under construction.
