IDEX Relocates Global HQ to Northbrook

Cushman & Wakefield represented applied solutions provider IDEX Corporation in a new long-term lease and move of its global headquarters office to 39,252 square feet at 3100 Sanders Rd. in Northbrook, IL. The tenant is expected to relocate from its current 36,500 square feet at 1925 West Field Ct. in Lake Forest, IL sometime this summer.

IDEX was represented by Cushman & Wakefield’s Lou Hall and Dan Wilkins. The property’s landlord, Allstate Corporation, was represented by Francis Prock and Daryl Silverman of Colliers International.

Among the new office amenities at the new headquarters are a private, centrally located on-site café, covered parking available for all employees, walking path and workout facility, shared use of a 245-seat auditorium and shared use of a multi room conference center on the first floor. The property is in close proximity to several restaurants and hotels, and approximately a 15-minute drive to O’Hare International Airport.

Connect Industrial Midwest is coming to Rosemont, IL on March 4. For more information, or to register, click here.
