Iconic Wally’s Wine & Spirits Westside Site Sold
The former home for more than 30 years of the iconic Wally’s Wine & Spirits store in West Los Angeles has sold to an unnamed private SoCal investor for a price reportedly north of $16 million. Multiple buildings totaling roughly 27,000 square feet are spread across three parcels at 2107 to 2121 Westwood Blvd.
The lot size and LAC4 Zoning creates a variety of potential opportunities for the new buyer. The property with nearly 200 feet of Westwood Blvd. frontage is a generational asset that has sold during a unique time as Westwood Blvd. and the surrounding area begins to transform and be developed. The site is situated just north of Google’s new 600,000-square-foot office campus, which is projected to open by 2022.
The Passman Group’s David Passman, Michael Navi and Marc Pakravan represented the unnamed private seller. The seller was advised by Richard Drapkin.
