Iconic Sunset Strip MXU Sold for $210M

Palo Alto, CA-based Broadreach Capital Partners divested The Sunset, an iconic, 179,000-square-foot mixed-use asset on the Sunset Strip for $210 million to Kilroy Realty Corp. The experiential WeHo development features a 10-story, roughly 72,000-square-foot office tower and a three-building retail plaza encompassing some 107,000 square feet.

The 88%-leased complex is located on 2.2 acres and boasts 420 feet of coveted Sunset Strip frontage. It features some of the world’s most recognizable brands in fashion and health/fitness, including Equinox, SoulCycle, H&M and Oliver Peoples. A subterranean parking structure provides 930 parking spaces.

HFF’s Ryan Gallagher, Michael Leggett, Bryan Ley, Andrew Harper and Tim Geiman represented the seller.
