Cushman & Wakefield Arranges Sale of Iconic Rancho Santa Fe Mixed Use Building

Iconic Rancho Santa Fe Building Changes Hands

Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the sale of a 1940’s mixed-use building in the heart of the Village of Rancho Santa Fe, CA. The 4,600-square-foot building at 6012 Paseo Delicias consists of office, retail and residential uses and was purchased by Nature’s Fusion Glow, LLC.

The seller was the Clotfelter family, who built the property and is a longstanding family of “The Ranch”. “This property is sewn into the history of Rancho Santa Fe and signifies a true irreplaceable asset along the main street in The Village,” said Peter Curry, managing director at Cushman & Wakefield who represented both parties in the sale along with the firm’s Kevin Cuff and Brooks Campbell.

The multi-tenant asset is fully leased to a diverse tenant mix. “The Family is very happy to have a buyer who understands ‘The Ranch’, and who will carry it on into future generations,” said The Clotfelter Family in a news release.
