Sedona Cabins sell for $3.1 million

Iconic Cabins Sell Off in Arizona’s Red Rock Country

Nestled in between red rock canyons, piñon pines and rock waterfalls sits the Destination @ Oak Creek. The resort is made up of ten individual cabins on the outskirts of Sedona, an Arizona high desert town near Flagstaff. It’s noted for its mild climate and vibrant arts community. Oak Creek runs through the town, with its famous Slide Rock.

The 2.3 acre, ten cabin retreat, right up against the famous red rocks sold for $3,167,000. The Destination @ Oak Creek cabins were built in 1952 and were remodeled in 2016.

The Sedona cabins are located at 6401 North State Route 89A. On the town’s outskirts, numerous trailheads from the cabins access Red Rock State Park, which offers bird watching, hiking, and picnicking spots.

ABI Multifamily’s Patrick Burch and John Klocek represented the seller in this transaction. The buyer and seller are based in Arizona.
