Iconic 100-Year-Old Legacy Portfolio Listed in Seattle
Heath Family Trust placed an iconic 100-year-old portfolio in Seattle on the market for $23.1 million. The Pine & Boylston Legacy Portfolio, which consists of three buildings and a parking lot, is co-listed between Real Assets Property Services, Inc. and Temmel Real Estate.
Temmel Real Estate’s Mark Temmel says, “Pine & Boylston provides a sophisticated investor with diversification and stability. Each building provides hold, reposition, development, finance and exit options that can be strategically deployed to harvest short- and long-term gains all supported by the bedrock of Capital Hill, one of the most iconic and fastest-growing neighborhoods in Seattle.”
Pine & Boylston assets include:
– 610 E. Pine St.: a three-story 27,600-square-foot retail and office property built in 1922.
– 1617 Boylston Ave.: a three-story 16,500-square-foot loft-style office with production and retail space built in 1921 featuring old-growth wood beam and brick construction. It houses Nomads, one of Seattle’s first co-working spaces.
– 1631 Boylston Ave.: a four-story 30-unit apartment building built in 1921.
– a 30-space parking lot at 1627 Boylston Ave.
