Iconic 100-Year-Old Legacy Portfolio Listed in Seattle

Heath Family Trust placed an iconic 100-year-old portfolio in Seattle on the market for $23.1 million. The Pine & Boylston Legacy Portfolio, which consists of three buildings and a parking lot, is co-listed between Real Assets Property Services, Inc. and Temmel Real Estate.

Temmel Real Estate’s Mark Temmel says, “Pine & Boylston provides a sophisticated investor with diversification and stability. Each building provides hold, reposition, development, finance and exit options that can be strategically deployed to harvest short- and long-term gains all supported by the bedrock of Capital Hill, one of the most iconic and fastest-growing neighborhoods in Seattle.”
