Ice Cream Manufacturer Scoops Up Santa Ana Facility from Bridge
Bridge Development Partners, LLC sold Bridge Point Santa Ana, an industrial facility at 3400 W. Segerstrom Ave., to Brothers International Desserts. Terms of the sale were not disclosed.
The independent SoCal ice cream manufacturer acquired the property to expand its regional operations. Brothers International is expected to take occupancy by the end of 2020.
Bridge Development Partners’ Kevin Finnegan says, “As Brothers was seeking space to expand in the supply constrained Orange County industrial market, Bridge was in a unique position to offer a centrally located Class A industrial facility, which could successfully support the company’s growth.”
The 56,920-square-foot building was originally built in 1973 and features 1.68 acres of excess fenced yard area. Bridge acquired the 24-foot clear-height building in 2018 from Behr Paint, which used the facility as its corporate headquarters.
CBRE’s Ross Fippinger represented the buyer. Cushman & Wakefield’s Kevin Turner, John Gallivan and Rick Ellison represented the seller.
