Ice Cream Manufacturer Scoops Lease for 16K-SF Industrial Facility in Haverhill

New England Ice Cream Corporation has leased a 15,571-square-foot industrial building on two acres in Haverhill MA at 125 Ward Hill Avenue. The property is located just 1.1 miles from I-495 in the Ward Hill Industrial Park.

Micah Stubblebine of The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International, represented the landlord, G&D Asset Management, LLC, and procured the tenant in the transaction.

The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International specializes in selling and leasing large industrial and investment properties and adaptive re-use sites throughout New England.
