Ice Company Expands into Inland Empire

Avison Young brokered the $3.46-million acquisition of a newly-constructed 24,026-square-foot industrial building in Lake Elsinore, CA. The buyer was an entity of San Diego Ice Company, an ice manufacturer and distributor, while the seller was Told Properties, LLC.

Constructed this year, the property is located at 470 3rd St., and is situated on 1.47 acres of land within Fairway Business Park. The property features 2,800 square feet of office space, 1,400 square feet of mezzanine area, skylights, two dock-high and two grade-level loading doors and 59 parking spaces. The asset is within a business park that currently consists of three buildings with other future phases to be developed.

Avison Young represented the buyer, which will fully occupy the building for use as an ice manufacturing and distribution facility. The seller was represented by Lee & Associates.
