iCapital Doubles Space at One Grand Central Place

Financial technology platform iCapital Network has doubled its footprint at Empire State Realty Trust’s (ESRT) One Grand Central Place to accommodate its recent growth. iCapital leased an additional floor of 17,613 square feet, bringing its total occupancy at the property to 35,186 square feet.

“With its in-building amenities, three on-site food options, and in-building access to Grand Central Terminal, One Grand Central Place is ideal for growing businesses,” said Thomas P. Durels, EVP, Real Estate, for ESRT. “We are delighted to accommodate iCapital Network’s expanding team and operations.”

A CBRE team of Lauren Crowley Corrinet, Alex Golod and Chris Hogan represented iCapital Network in leasing negotiations. Landlord representation was provided by Julie M. Christiano and Leslie Nadel of ESRT, along with an NKF team of William G. Cohen, Brittany Silver and Jamie Jacobs.
