IAC Adding 727K-SF Project to Dallas-Area Warehouse Portfolio

Krusinski Construction Company (KCC) has begun the construction of IAC Pleasant Run, a two-building, 727,080-square-foot speculative industrial warehouse development in Lancaster (Dallas), Texas, for IAC Properties. It’s the third time Krusinski has collaborated with IAC in Dallas.

Each of the two buildings that comprise the Pleasant Run warehouse development will be situated on a 52.83-acre site.

The largest building, located at 1740 N. Jefferson St., is a 457,646-square-foot structure situated on a 31.75-acre land parcel. The space comprises 5,257 square feet of two speculative office spaces situated on the west side of the facility. Construction commenced in December 2025 and is expected to be completed in Q1 2027. 

The second building, located at 511 E Pleasant Run Rd., is a 269,434-square-foot building on a 15.17-acre site. The space includes a 2,684 square foot speculative office located in the southwest corner of the facility.
