Hyundai Motor Acquires Boutique Building in Meatpacking District for $22M

Hyundai Motor America has acquired a boutique commercial building at 500 West 14th St in Meatpacking District from Duanco for $22.5 million.

The three-story freestanding building occupies a city block with frontage on 14th Street, Tenth Avenue, and the Hudson River, near the newly developed Little Island Park.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Don Yahn, Ian Brooks, and Dan Organ represented HMA in the transaction. “This acquisition reflects Hyundai Motor America’s long-term commitment to New York and dedicating more resources toward its presence in the city,” said Yahn, who has exclusively represented HMA for more than 20 years.
