Hydration Room Adds 10 Bay Area Locations

JLL has negotiated 10 new Bay Area retail leases year-to-date on behalf of Hydration Room, a physician-founded IV therapy and preventative wellness brand. The most recent is a 1,277-square-foot space at 1837 Union St. in San Francisco’s Cow Hollow neighborhood.

The Union Street deal is part of a broader surge in activity for Hydration Room, which has leased more than 10,000 square feet of retail space throughout the Bay Area over the past year. The brand currently operates three clinics in Burlingame, Campbell and Almaden; additional forthcoming locations include San Ramon, Mountain View, Los Gatos, Berkeley, Alamo and Mill Valley.

“San Francisco has truly turned a corner, particularly in its neighborhood retail corridors,” said Laura Tinetti, senior managing director at JLL, who led the team representing Hydration Room. “We’re seeing growing confidence from both tenants and landlords, with wellness brands leading the charge. Hydration Room’s expansion reflects the strong demand for high-quality, health-focused concepts that drive repeat visits and community engagement.”
