Hyde Park Multifamily Portfolio Now Under New Management

“Hyde Park is one of the greatest neighborhoods in the city,” said Mike Zucker, managing partner for Peak Properties. “These vintage properties have been nicely updated, yet we plan to take it to the next level.”

The Everett Hyde Park portfolio includes a mix of renovated studio, one, and two-bedroom units plus six retail spaces. The apartments feature vintage charm, contemporary kitchens with granite and stainless-steel appliances, hardwood floors, and upgraded baths. Peak Properties plans to update the bike storage, security, laundry area, and pet-washing station.
