Hyde, Mortenson Plan 1.8M-SF Industrial Park in Denver
Minneapolis-based Hyde Development expanded to Denver and plans to develop 76 Commerce Center, a 1.8-million-square-foot, Class A industrial park in Brighton, CO. The family-owned commercial real estate developer and investor is advancing its first Denver-area development in joint venture with M. A. Mortenson Company.
Hyde Development’s Paul Hyde says, “The vision for 76 Commerce Center is a first-class, ultra-modern industrial business center with immediate access to Interstate 76, and a variety of building types from bulk warehouse to office warehouse.”
The project will offer flexible building sizes and state-of-the-art building features, including clear heights of 32 feet to 36 feet, 60 mil TPO ‘cool roofs,’ ESFR sprinklers, as well as auto and trailer parking.
The development team, which acquired the 122-acre site in Bromley Industrial Park in August 2017, plans to build the largest industrial development in the Brighton growth corridor. The JV envisions breaking ground on the first, 266,240-square-foot speculative building in April 2018.
