Hybridge Capital Management Buys Two Ocean Boulevard Hotels from City of Myrtle Beach
Los Angeles, CA-based Hybridge Capital Management has acquired two Myrtle Beach, SC hotels in an off-market transaction: Sand Castle North at 1802 North Ocean Boulevard and Sand Castle South Beach at 2207 South Ocean Boulevard.
The seller, City of Myrtle Beach, as well as Hybridge Capital Management were both represented by Rusty Helms and Keystone Commercial.
Hybridge Capital Management intends to revitalize both hotel sites and other assets in the portfolio over the course of the next three years.
“Myrtle Beach is seeing a substantial amount of development and growth due to its affordable cost of living and hospitable beach-town lifestyle,” said Max Mellman, managing partner with Hybridge Capital Management. “Our goal is to further propel this growth and create a greater sense of place within the community.”
