Hybrid Hotel, Apartment Opens Doors in Colorado

Connect Apartments is planned for September 28th in Los Angeles. Here’s where to get more information and register.

WaterWalk, a 146-room hybrid hotel and apartment concept, opened in Centennial, CO. The project encompasses two buildings, each four stories, and totals 123,378 square feet on 4.05 acres at 11400 East Peakview Ave. WaterWalk combines the space and comfort of apartment living, with the services of an upscale hotel.

WaterWalk was originally planned as a corporate site, but is now the company’s first franchise location to open. Newport Beach, CA-based MBC Partners agreed to purchase the Centennial property earlier this year, and closed upon its opening.

MBC’s Rob Mossburg says, “Now that the Centennial property is open for business, we’re looking forward to the construction of our second and third WaterWalk properties in Richardson, TX and Plano, TX, scheduled to open in the fourth quarter of 2017 and first quarter of 2018, respectively. These are markets which we believe to be similarly dynamic.”
