Hyatt Extended-Stay Hotel Slated for Georgetown
Caliber is developing a Hyatt Studios in Georgetown. The new extended-stay concept from Hyatt will be 60,000 square feet and located on about 2.44 acres near the intersection of I-35 and NE Inner Loop.
The hotel, which will be the only Hyatt hotel within 20 miles, will have four stories, an outdoor patio, a cafe and a lounge.
This hotel will be the first of 15 through a partnership between Hyatt and Caliber. It will include the following features:
- 122 apartment-style suites
- In-room kitchens
- Free high-speed internet
- Electric vehicle charging stations
- Complimentary grab-and-go breakfast
- Self-service laundry
- A fitness studio
- Pet friendly accommodations
Construction will last 18 month and is expected to open near the end of 2026 or early 2027.
