Hyatt Commercial Represents St. Mary’s Parish in Annapolis Campus Acquisition

Hyatt Commercial has represented St. Mary’s Parish in the $8.5 million acquisition of 716 Bestgate Road in Annapolis, Maryland.

Justin Mullen and John Gallagher of Hyatt Commercial represented St. Mary’s Parish in the transaction. Rosso Commercial Real Estate Services represented the seller.

The 9.37-acre property, long home to Annapolis Area Christian School, includes a 40,000 square foot facility featuring a gymnasium, music and art rooms, 18 classrooms, and supporting administrative spaces, as well as a large athletic field.

“This acquisition reflects a long-term vision for expanding the mission and reach of St. Mary’s Parish,” said Justin Mullen, President of Hyatt Commercial. “It’s a meaningful addition in a central Annapolis location that will support the Parish’s evolving needs for years to come.”

AACS will remain on the property through the 2025–2026 school year while preparing to consolidate at its Severn campus. The acquisition adds to St. Mary’s Parish’s growing portfolio, including its historic Duke of Gloucester campus and the St. John Neumann site on Bestgate Road.
