HWE Brokers Sale of 112-Room Holiday Inn Express & Suites Boston

Boutique real estate capital markets advisor Hodges Ward Elliot has arranged the sale of the 112-room Holiday Inn Express & Suites Boston in Cambridge. The sale was part of a two-property hotel portfolio which also included the 153-room Capitol Hill Hotel in Washington D.C. The sales price was not disclosed.

The Holiday Inn Express & Suites Boston-Cambridge is within walking distance of the Museum of Science and Kendall Square. This hotel is located at 250 Monsignor O’Brien Highway and is nearby TD Garden and the USS Constitution Museum.

Cyrus Vazifdar, Jay Morrow, Michael Tormey and Alex Yiankes of Hodges Ward Elliot represented the seller, Hersha Hospitality Trust, in the transaction. Additionally, HWE’s capital markets team sourced the acquisition financing for the undisclosed buyer.
